The industry has synchronously completed intelligent restructuring, with companies such as Guangdong Longfeng and Taiyuan Jinxi Chunlei deploying AI visual quality inspection systems. The defect recognition rate exceeds 95%, and the detection speed reaches 300 meters per minute; Relying on 5G+industrial Internet and digital twin platform, the dynamic optimization of calendering process parameters, predictive maintenance of equipment and quality traceability of the whole process are realized, the production efficiency is increased by 35%, and the defective rate is reduced to below 0.4%.
