Relying on the 5G private network and MEC edge computing architecture, leading enterprises such as Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical, Sanning Chemical, Yuntianhua International Composite, etc., achieve millisecond level return of production data, support the landing of 16 types of scenes such as digital twin visualization screens, AI visual quality inspection, 5G intelligent patrol robots, break the information island, and promote the full life cycle management of equipment from 'post maintenance' to 'pre warning'. In projects such as Jiujiang Petrochemical and Yizheng Chemical Fiber, the 5G+NB IoT integrated network covers over 2700 devices, achieving dynamic monitoring of dynamic equipment status, dynamic perception of VOCs leaks, and unmanned tank cleaning operations. The unplanned downtime rate has significantly decreased, and the cost of manual inspection has been reduced by more than 40%. Sinochem Yangzhou Petrochemical has achieved intelligent identification of operational risks in hazardous chemical storage areas through 5G+AI video analysis, and the response time has been improved to seconds. The industry has formed an integrated architecture of 'network base intelligent terminal platform center application closed loop', with domestic lightweight 5G modules accounting for over 70%, promoting the leap of chemical production towards less manpower, unmanned, and intrinsic safety, and providing Chinese solutions for global chemical intelligent manufacturing.
